Shipping policy

Due to holiday craziness and the pandemic, shipping may take longer than estimated. We will do our best to get your product to you in a timely manner. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

While shipping issues are rare, they can occur. In the event that you have a problem with your shipment, please contact us as soon as possible. You must keep all packaging and the box. We may need additional info, as well as photos.

 

International Customers:

Currently international is not available, but we'll have it back as soon as we figure out VAT.

Please note that orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to customs, duties, and taxes. Pinguhaus is not responsible for any customs, duties, and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
